Maintain minimum balance of $100 in checking or related savings account.
Otherwise, pay a monthly maintenance fee of $1.
Your organization must be operated primarily for religious, philanthropic, charitable, educational, political, or other similar purposes. Homeowners and condominium owners associations also qualify.
